Are there any limits on the usage of ReviewStand™?

We do not currently impose any specific limits to the amount of reviews you can gather using ReviewStand™, however we encourage our subscribers to use it to get an average of 20 to 30 new reviews per month. This will help you maintain a natural stream of fresh online reviews that will be appreciated by online visitors and search engines alike.

On the other hand, if you try to get hundreds of new online reviews each month, you will not only tire your staff but you may also trigger suspicions from the reviews platforms—Google, Yelp, Facebook, etc.—which may see the overflow of reviews as an unethical violation of their own usage policies. That said, we reserve the right to limit or cancel the account of any subscriber that abuses the system.

Can I have my family, friends and staff write reviews for my business?

Sure, if they are ALSO your actual customers. You should never let anyone who is not your real customer leave an online review for your business, that’s not only unethical but it is also against the terms of use of most online reviews outlets.

We reserve the right to cancel the account of any subscriber that we suspect is faking online reviews.

What about IP filtering?

Because all the Google, Yelp and Facebook reviews initiated through ReviewStand™ are ultimately submitted from your customers’ own smartphones, each review comes binded to a different IP address and is 100% genuine.

Do you provide a subscriber dashboard?

Yes, in your ReviewStand™ subscriber dashboard you will find the tools you need to manage your account and business info, send the reviews links to your customers as well as usage statistics.

Can I access the phone numbers of my customers that were entered through the ReviewStand™ service?

The short answer is No.

Unlike email accounts, phones don’t usually have SMS spam filters and few things can be more annoying than receiving unsolicited phone calls or text messages. We are firm believers of customer privacy and we think those numbers should not be used for any other marketing purposes without their express consent.

We do not use or sell those phone numbers either.

I have more than one business location. Do I get a discount?

What if I don’t have a Google Local, Yelp, or Facebook profile?

If I cancel my subscription, do I get to keep my reviews?

The reviews that were submitted to external online platforms, such as Google Local, Yelp, and Facebook, are kept in those platforms per their own usage terms.
